Improve your running or cycling with Yoga! Join Reiki Master & Yoga Teacher Cassie Zehren in this 2-hour workshop to help you to lengthen, strengthen and rebalance your body. Release the hips, stretch out the legs (especially those hamstrings and hip flexors), decompress the spine, work the core and learn how yoga can get you moving faster and for longer on your feet or on your bike. By the end of this workshop, you should find more ease in the body, power in the muscles when you need it and the breath to keep you going. Class concludes with guided meditation and optional Reiki leaving you feeling more balanced and aware and in tune with your breathing.
