Mindfulness can be a journey, an attitude, and a daily practice. It teaches us to be kind to ourselves and prepares us to approach life's challenges with self-understanding and compassion. It helps to reduce stress and find balance in everyday in everyday ups and downs.
Please join us to learn more about mindfulness. We will practice simple mindfulness meditations and gentle and mindful movement. We will practice short exercises which you will be able to do for yourself in your every day life.

Kristina is a licensed psychotherapist, author, educator, and mindfulness coach. Kristina started practicing Mindfulness meditation in 1986. She underwent an intensive, long-term Zen training. She completed Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction training with Jon Kabat-Zinn in 2012. She also has been trained in the Mindful Schools curriculum K-12. She holds a Master's degree in Psychology.
