Struggling with your New Year's resolutions? Did you not even bother because you've lost your motivation or you don't know where to start?

Join our Wildlight Yoga community and yoga teacher + motivational coach, Karina Lepeley, as she shares her toolkit for creating long-term, impactful change. This motivational afternoon will focus on the processes behind learning new habits and meeting personal or professional goals. You'll leave with tools to guide you and the energy to GET IT DONE!

Karina will introduce her toolkit followed by a 20 minute vinyasa brain break. She'll then lead 45 minutes of practical application with personalized feedback toward your specific goals. The workshop will commence with a 15 minute guided meditation leaving you feeling calm and confident. Participants are invited to record the guided meditation for their future, personal use.

Karina is a yoga instructor trained in the Alexander technique. She has a B.S. in Wellness and Alternative Medicine where she researched the effects of exercise on asthma and the effects of the Alexander Technique on exercise. She has 7+ years experience coaching educators in Chicago, Las Vegas, and Racine, WI. Karina's passion is to enthusiastically motivate and support others through anxiety inducing processes of growth and change.

No experience necessary. Mats + props will be provided by Wildlight Yoga, 4140 N. Milwaukee Ave.
