200 HOUR YOGA TEACHER
TRAINING
This training is designed as an immersive, intensive program for those individuals seeking professional training to develop a deep spiritual discipline and earn their teaching certification in Hatha & Yin yoga.
Sept 2024-March 2025
The spiritual journey is a path that leads to liberation, healing, and transformation of self and society.
This training centers jivamukti (freedom while alive) as a central tenet of our work and seeks to develop spiritual leaders who, as yogis and controllers of the elements, embody the Practice in order to transition the collective conscious and show others, concretely, how it's possible.

Is this the experience you're seeking?
Our work is to anchor the spiritual in the material using the 8-Limbed path of yoga and an array of spiritual tools. This training will teach you to live authentically and consciously in the between home and community and the world that is not yet fully manifest.

KELLI WEFENSTETTE
Kelli Wefenstette (she/her) came to yoga seeking movement post-college after a childhood of dance and acrobats. In addition, she quickly found relief from a lifetime of anxiety, substantial grief, and the pain of chronic illness. Yoga brought her safely home to her body as her magic and her medicine for living abundantly and unapologetically. Yoga is her freedom journey towards a life of awakening, authenticity, and adventure.
Her teaching style focuses on curious movement, alignment, somatics, and exploration of body mechanics combined with mindfulness and emotional regulation for an empowered, embodied experience on and off the mat.
Kelli earned her BA in Psychology and Religious Studies from Monmouth College and a MA in Social Justice and Community Development from Loyola University Chicago. She has completed nearly 1,000 hours of teacher training in Hatha Yoga and Elemental Yoga as well as prenatal yoga, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese medicine, and Thai Yoga Massage. She’s currently enrolled in a psych-sensitive, trauma-informed yoga teacher teaching.
Kelli is also a Community Organizer trained in Asset-Based Community Development. Formerly a non-profit director, she owns Wildlight Yoga in Chicago.

KATE LASSITER
With a voice that calms nerves, Kate Lassiter specializes in the Taoist yoga tradition. She completed her 200-hour training with Matt Eshelman at You Do Yoga, focusing on functional anatomy and yin yoga, and her 500-hour training with Will Brashear at Lotus Yoga Temple, focusing on the integration of Thai Yoga, the meridians, and five element theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Kate draws from her vast skill set across the yogic tradition and healing arts, her love for the land, and her doctoral training in Religion and Psychology to offer classes and workshops that invite students toward embodied wisdom and inner knowing.
